At The Hopbine, we serve comforting, flavour-packed food in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Our cooking is fuelled by sustainably sourced English wood from local woodlands, adding depth and character to every dish. We take pride in using the finest ingredients from trusted local suppliers, including Sankey's fishmonger, David Catt, Franconian, and Taywell. All our meat comes exclusively from Paley Farm in Goudhurst, ensuring the highest quality and freshest flavours in every bite.
